If a paid plan doesn't work out for you, email store@codepros.ai within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

How to request one

Email store@codepros.ai with the email address you purchased with (or your order/payment ID from your Dodo Payments receipt). Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically show up within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What this covers

The guarantee applies to one-time purchases and the first payment of a yearly subscription. It doesn't apply to the free version of any plugin, since there's nothing charged to refund.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time from your account at customer.dodopayments.com. Cancelling stops future renewals, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
